Dear Classmates:
Reunion is an extraordinary time for classmates to join together. It is also a time to rekindle old friendships or make new ones. It is also a special time to reminisce about your days at T.L. Weston and catch up on life since our last reunion.
We realize it is trite, but cannot help but comment on how fast time is flying. And we thought it was supposed to slow down when one passed age 30! It is nearly two weeks before our wonderful 15th Reunion at Weston, and it will be here before we know it. In some ways, it seems like just yesterday that we were all eating in the cafeteria, hanging out in the hall by the library, going to classes, and pulling our hair out to get our papers and projects finished. Many things have changed since we were at Weston, both on and off campus. New buildings have popped up, countless renovations have been completed and the world outside has changed in many ways. Still, Weston remains a stabilizing influence in our lives, a reminder of some of our greatest challenges and successes.
To help us renew and strengthen our connections to each other, plans are underway for a reunion in Greenville for June 27-29, 2008. We hope you will mark these dates on your calendar, and SAVE them for what promises to be an exciting and enlightening experience in the beautiful city of G’Ville.
